For any company to perform well Quality is one of the main aspects. A quality job always attracts repeated orders through satisfied clients. This rule has been applied in HAMAX as the most important facet for all its projects.
For maintaining quality, a strong quality control team is essential and this team has to be guided by the company’s quality assurance programme. ‘Do it right at the first time’ has been the motto of the Management team at HAMAX.
Keeping this as the base factor, a detailed quality assurance system has been formulated within the company’s operations from the corporate level to its grass roots. The quality plan is based on the international standards and the company works under ISO 9001.
Apart from the above the company has been accredited by ASME, EN for the diligent use of ISO3834-2, EN13445, EN12542, EN12493, EN140025, API650, API 5L, EN13920, EN10090, EN9606-2, EN15609,EN15614,ASME Section IX.
A quality policy has been framed taking into account the company’s commitment towards quality at all levels of operations.

PROJECT QUALITY PLAN
Project Quality Plan (PQP) defines the project quality management structure, including; quality commitment of the Project Management Team, quality related roles and responsibilities, the list of project procedures to be implemented, and the methodology which will be applied to assure the quality during the course of the project.
STANDARD PROJECT PROCEDURES
Standard Project Procedures (SPPs) are corporate level documents which provide the project personnel with a written description of how HAMAX core processes should be performed as part of the project execution.
METHOD STATEMENTS
A Method Statement (MS) identifies the construction methodology of the work activity and provides specific instructions on how to implement quality control and safety measures with respect to the work activity in question.
INSPECTION and TEST PLAN
An Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) identifies the items of a work activity to be inspected or tested, by whom at what stage and frequency, as well as hold and witness inspection points, references to relevant standards, acceptance criteria and the records to be maintained.
PRE-JOB QUALITY BRIEFINGS
Pre-Job Quality Briefing takes place prior to the start of an each new work activity or when new employees are assigned to an already commenced activity. It encourages employee engagement and participation to identify and understand Quality considerations associated with a specific task prior to performing the activity.
